Luxury lifestyle retailer The White Company has just completed on the acquisition of 8,600 sq ft of new offices in Northampton.
The company, which started as a range of white essentials for the linen cupboard, has grown into the ultimate lifestyle destination, creating impeccably stylish pieces for your home, wardrobe and everyday life. It has taken second floor office accommodation within the impressive Northampton 900 building at Northampton Business Park.
Northampton 900 provides some of the ‘best in class’ offices in the region, offering a supportive working environment with not only high-quality offices but with added value amenities including café 900, an on-site facility for staff break out and casual meeting space.
The White Company was represented by Northampton based commercial property agent Prop-Search, whilst Ben Coleman Associates and Bray Fox Smith acted for the landlord, Reed Property.
Richard Baker, a Director of Prop-Search, said: “We were approached by The White Company to help them to find a new property, which would serve as their new Northampton office base incorporating their contact centre and other support departments. This would replace space within their current distribution site in Swan Valley. With our extensive knowledge of the regional office property market, we were able to locate a suitable facility for their relocation.”
This acquisition of new offices in the town will complement The White Company’s move to a new logistics facility in Rockingham, Corby, following a fulfilment deal with Wincanton – having occupied some 191,114 sq ft at Swan Valley in Northampton.
