From receiving instructions to market the investment at Pondwood House - comprising approximately 16,000 sq ft on 0.72 acre site - from the Selbourne Group Ltd, the property was placed under offer and the sale completed within just four weeks.

Pondwood House is currently let to Faber Blinds, which for over 100 years has been fabricating outstanding solar shading solutions for commercial premises.  Faber Blinds has occupied the property since 2011 and continues to use it as its UK headquarters.
