A flurry of deals have been completed since a brand new industrial/warehouse development came to the market in Corby says commercial property agent Prop-Search, acting jointly with Savills, on behalf of Clowes Developments (UK) Limited.
Three industrial units have recently been snapped up at Alpha Court, situated within the Centrix Industrial & Distribution Park. Pumpkin Print has agreed to lease Unit 4 of 3,987 sq ft for its growing sign and display business, attracted by the easy access and high profile position of the estate. Whilst Zwanenburg Food UK has moved into a 7,821 sq ft property within Alpha Court to support its production of deli meats. The company is a prominent European producer and exporter of meat preserves with production locations in the Netherlands, UK and USA.
