Sansetsu UK Limited, the international bubble film producer, has acquired new larger premises in Milton Keynes to aid its continued expansion.
Sansetsu, established in the UK since 1978, has acquired Pacific House on Kiln Farm on a new 10 year lease, following the sale of its existing factory on Bradbourne Drive. The company was represented by commercial property agent Prop-Search, whilst Kirkby & Diamond acted on behalf of the landlord, Peotic Gem Limited.
Sansetsu has been built up from small beginnings to become one of the largest extruders of polyethylene bubble film in Europe with plants now operating in the UK and France. As a privately owned producer, it is able to offer a unique flexibility in design and manufacturing processes and continues to invest heavily in the most modern manufacturing equipment.
Its new premises comprise a detached warehouse building and offices of approximately 65,000 sq ft.
