The team at Prop-Search has a rich history of procuring new buildings through development agreements both for land owners and occupiers.

Over the last 25 years, we have agreed deals on millions of square feet of commercial property, including warehousing / distribution / logistics, offices, shops, Food stores and restaurant/drive Thru’s  as well as selling/acquiring land for residential development.

We integrate completely within individual projects, from the initial stages of understanding the occupiers requirements to working with the developer (including their architects and project management team) culminating in the procurement of a physical building. We broker the terms of the deal (whether freehold or leasehold) ensuring that both parties are happy with the structure and value of the deal and often advise on both forward funding and investment sale.

In effect, we offer a ‘one stop shop’ on the development of new buildings.
