Following DPD’s £1 million investment in a new 43,000 sq ft purpose-built depot in Raunds, its former facility has come to the market and is being offered to let by commercial property agent Prop-Search.
The depot at Francis Court in Rushden comprises a detached steel frame building and offers a warehouse area of 17,547 sq ft with 17 loading doors - 14 of which are cross-dock - with an eaves height of five metres.
