Six years since opening its Wellingborough office, commercial property agent Prop-Search has expanded, taking newly refurbished offices at Debdale Road in Wellingborough.
The new accommodation provides for additional office space, as well as larger conferencing facilities and storage. The company will retain its existing space within the building….so no-ones had to carry their desks too far!
In 2012, Prop-Search opened offices in Northampton and Milton Keynes, complementing the existing business opened in Wellingborough in 2008.
Simon Toseland, a Director of Prop-Search, said: “‘The additional space at Wellingborough provides us with a better working environment, more professional facilities and the room to expand in the future. Five staff are based in Wellingborough, including our management department ‘Prop-Manage’ and accounts personnel.”
He added: “Whilst the gap between economic reality and the property market remains a concern, 2014 has seen significant progress in terms of new development projects moving forward. We will shortly be able to announce a number of high profile, significant developments throughout Northamptonshire, including a number of new supermarkets, leisure schemes, mixed use commercial/warehouse facilities and major residential development land sales.”
