Glazerite Windows Ltd has taken a new lease on a new factory and office complex on Finedon Road Industrial Estate.
Acting for Fernbrook Investments Ltd, prop-search.com has agreed the new lease to Glazerite on Rixon Court (the former Giusti factory) providing much needed expansion room and allows the combination its two former properties to now be under one roof.
The factory (totalling some 36,000 sq ft including approximately 5,500 sq ft of offices) has planning permission for an extension of another 13,000 sq ft of production / warehouse accommodation.
Fernbrook purchased the property from Giusti and spent some 6 months completely refurbishing the building including re-roofing and re-cladding it, re-surfacing the floor and installing new loading access doors to the front and rear elevations (allowing a ‘cross flow’ through the building).
Prop-search has been instructed by Glazrite to market its former industrial buildings on Bradfield Close. Unit 12 comprises some 7,300 sq ft whilst unit 19 provides some 10,700 sq ft. Both buildings are available either to let or for sale. Further details are available from prop-search.com.
