Duo Launch Agency

Simon Toseland and Chris Billson have announced the launch of their new venture, setting up a Commercial Property Agency in Wellingborough.

prop-search.com’ is now up & running and is now the only dedicated commercial property agency in the town.

With some 30 years of experience between them, Simon & Chris provide a comprehensive and personal service to those companies and individuals looking to either sell, let or acquire commercial property, through a ‘shop window’ in the form of the web site, by targeting occupiers and making the whole process of searching for a property quicker, easier and more accurate.

The new company name prop-search.com’ doubles up as the web address and the distinctive logo is distinctive and instantly recognisable, whilst the telephone number 01933 22 33 00 is easily remembered!

Simon comments ‘Chris and I have worked in this region for many, many years and in that time have worked with thousands of businesses – we recognise not only that the market is changing fast but also that it has been evolving for many years’. Simon continues ‘The more traditional approach to commercial agency is no longer as effective as it used to be. It’s time for a change in approach and prop-search.com provides clients and applicants with a fast, responsive and reliable service by using not only the latest technology, but also the backing of a thorough knowledge base of the industry and an understanding of the level of service that modern businesses expect.’

Whilst prop-search’s offices are based in Wellingborough, the company handles commercial property transactions all over the county – and beyond. Chris Billson points out ‘Our client base includes local clients, occupiers and developers as well as national developers & investors’ – this is born out in the instruction base, which includes properties throughout Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire – and clients from the USA to South Africa. Simon continues ‘We’ve been delighted with the response from clients. Whilst we all know how hard the property market is (and will be), our clients have all shown a good deal of faith in our ability to ‘work the problems’ and already recognise the level of service we provide’.
